Hammerhead Productions provided visual effects design and production for Delusion, a short film directed by Jason Heightman. The shots involved creating a surreal atmosphere surrounding a scene in which three mental patients are being interrogated by two supposed police officers. The three patients see "visions" relating to their respective backgrounds. The zoologist sees a shark and headless giraffe wandering around in the background, the painter sees Magritte men appear out of the wall and the political conspirist sees Ronald Reagan devour Shirley Temple, the elements, either computer generated or derived from live action, were tracked and composited into live action plates. Hand rotoscoping was used to make the elements appear behind forground actors and props.
